The stands
How many wigs does each stand hold?
The tabletop stand takes three. The floor stand takes four, and eight once you add the second tier.
Which stand should I choose?
Count what you actually wear each week. Up to three pieces, go with the tabletop stand on a dresser or vanity. For four or more, the floor stand makes more sense. Our guide to choosing your Perch puts them side by side.
What are the stands made of?
A metal frame with padded dome heads covered in fabric. You won't find pins, clips or clamps on the heads.
What finishes are there?
You can pick black, gold or white for the frame. The heads are white on all three.
What are the dimensions?
The listed assembled sizes are 15" by 14.5" for the three-head stand and 20" by 15.5" for the four-head stand. Each product page has the full specs.
Can I add heads later?
That's what the add-on is for. It's sold on its own and fits the four-head stand whenever you're ready for eight.
Will the stands hold sheitels, human hair wigs and lace-top wigs?
All three sit well on them. The rounded heads support the crown, and there's nothing on them that snags lace or hair. More on sheitel stands.
Are these styling stands?
They're for storing and displaying wigs between wears. If you're cutting or setting a wig, a clamp-on styling head does that job better.
Orders and delivery
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every US order. If you need it sooner, express delivery is available at checkout for an extra fee.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 2 PM go out the next business day. The shipping page has the details.
Can I send a stand as a gift?
Every stand ships in a gift box, so you can put the recipient's address in at checkout and it'll arrive ready to hand over. Our kallah gifts page has ideas.
What is the return policy?
You've got 14 days from delivery to send a stand back, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Once we've received and checked it, the refund goes back to your original payment method. The full refund policy is here.
Can I pay in installments?
Shop Pay installments are offered at checkout, subject to an eligibility check.
Care and help
How do I clean a stand?
A soft, dry cloth for the frame and a clothes brush for the heads. The care and assembly page covers the rest.
Where should the stand go?
Somewhere dry and level, and out of direct sun, since sunlight can fade hair over time.
